Week Beginning 5/2/24

This week in Cedar class:

The children will be exploring… how to create their own 'Zines' in Art, using something meaningful and personal as inspiration.

The children will be excited about… planning their own piece of narrative based on the Harry Potter chapter 'Diagon Alley'.

The children will also be excited about... continuing our Science unit: Light! We will look at how our eyes and brain 'see'.

The children will know… how to use proportion and ratio to upscale recipes.

The children will need to bring… collaging materials for their Art projects. This can include newspapers, magazines, old books, wrapping paper and even wallpaper.
