PULBOROUGH BROOKS TRIP THURSDAY
SWIMMING TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS
In drawing club, we will be watching 'Bluey' the fruit bat episode. We will be drawing Bluey, drawing the fruit bat and thinking about what animal we would like to turn into and where we would go. We will also be comparing Australian animals to animals in the UK.
We are also continuing to be making mini worlds in a shoe box. If you could bring in any shoe boxes for next week that would be amazing.
We will also be continuing with our Sunflower Challenge, observing how our seedlings are growing, and continuing to plan a sunflower party for the parents. We want to tell everyone what we have learnt about sunflowers. We will be using our class calendar to count how many days until the party.
In phonics, this week we will be continuing with Basics 4. We will be reading and writing words with 4 letters polysyllabic cvcc words such as champ, thump, thank, think etc.
In maths, we are working out equal groups so it is fair, sharing food with teddies so everyone has the same. We will also recapping doubles and odd and even numbers.
