Yr 4 - Continuing with our Decimals unit, we will be dividing 1 and 2 digit numbers by 10 and then begin to learn about hundredths.

Yr 5 - We will be finishing our Area and Perimeter unit but finallly estimating area and calculating area of compound shapes. We will then begin our final unit for this term on Statistics.

Yr 3 - This week we will be planning our shadow experiment. 

Yr 4 - We will be exploring the difference between renewable and non renewable energy sources.

Yr 5 - We will be learning about the gestation periods and lifespans of different mammals.

 

Computing

Yr 4 - 

Yr 5 - Using Scratch to create a Pop! game, we will be designing new costumes for an existing sprite, amend algorithms to switch a sprite’s costume and add appropriate sound effects to complement a costume change.

Week 2 of cooking. Antoher 2 groups will cook their rice dishes for us all to taste test and evaluate.
