This week we will be reading Supertato! In Drawing Club, we will be drawing Supertato and Eviltato! What code word will we give our Superheroes to give them extra special powers? Our get up stand up words are...

We will be trying to make our superheroes fly by exploring with magnets.

We also be getting ready for Christmas! In our home corner we will be adding some Christmas decorations and presents to wrap. We will also be making some salt dough decorations for the children to hang on the Christmas tree. We will talking about how the salt dough changes as it is baked. 

 

In phonics, we will be recapping phase 2, writing cvc words using the phase 2 spellings and practising the tricky words.  We will continue to learn to form our letters correctly, this week we will focus on the letters r, n, m, b and p.

 

In maths this week, we are recapping ways to make 5 and 1 more and 1 less. 

 

In music we will be learning about beat and pitch and we will be learning our songs for the Nativity. You can listen and practise some of these using the links below
