Literacy 

We will be learning about the features of a diary this week to prepare us for our diary writing. We will be learning about collective nouns and commas in a list. 

 

Maths 

We will be looking at number lines to 1,000 and 10,000. We will be estimating, comparing and ordering numbers to 1,000 and 10,000. 

 

RE

We will be learning about baptism in church this week. 

 

Computing

Y3 are learning all about desktop publishing beginning with words and pictures. 

Y4 are learning to create shapes using 2Logo software on Purple Mash. This week we are following commands. 

 

History

Y3 After our trip, we will be asking the question, 'How do we know about life in the Stone Age?'

Y4 We are learning about religious, Gods and Kings from the Shang Dynasty.

Y5 We will be finding out about village life in the Anglo-Saxon times.
