This Friday 25th October is an INSET day. School will be closed for all pupils.
This week we are continuing to look at seasonal changes, if you go on a walk this week/weekend the children may want to collect a few autumnal items to bring into class.
In Drawing club this week we will be reading Rosie's walk. We will draw the fox, invent a new way to trap Rosie and a new hiding place for Rosie. Our stand-up-get-up words are creeping, oblivious, immersed and scarper.
In Maths we are learning about circles and triangles, we will name and compare them, look for shapes in the environment and we will be describing position.
The children are doing really well with their phonics sounds, please continue to use the sound books at home and keep practising them over the half term. The sounds we are learning this week are /h/ /b/ /f/ and /l/.
