SWIMMING WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAY

INSET DAY this Thursday, school is closed for all pupils. 

 

 

We had a very successful first swimming session on Wednesday and I was amazed at the children's confidence in the water. 

 

In drawing club, we will be reading and watching 'Bluey - Fruit bat'. We will be drawing Bluey, drawing the fruit bat and thinking about what animal we would like to turn into and where we would go. We will also be comparing Australian animals to animals in the UK.

 

We will starting to be make mini worlds in a shoe box. If you could bring in any shoe boxes in to school that would be amazing. 

 

In phonics, this week we will be continuing with the Basics 3. We will be focus on /ure/ /ear/ and /air/.  

 

In maths we will be sharing numbers, looking at odd and even numbers and doubling numbers.
