Maths

Yr 4 - We will be finding missing lengths in rectilinear shapes and calculating the perimeter of a variety of regular/irregular polygons.

Yr 5 - We will continue to calculate fractions of amounts and learn how to use fractions as operators.

 

Literacy

This week we will be writing our newspaper report based on an event from our story.

 

Science

Yr 3 - This week we will be carrying out our soil experiment. We will record our results and write an evaluation.

Yr 4 - We will be planning our volume experiment. We will make a prediction and use scientific language to support our ideas.

Yr 5 - We will evaluate last weeks experiment using scientific language to supports our findings. 

 

Computing

This week we will be focusing on internet safety.

 

RE

Our key questions for this week are:

  • What happens at a Barmitzvah?
  • What does the Torah say about living a holy life?
  • If holiness was a person, what would that person look/be like?

 

Art

This week we will be adding colour and finer detail to our land/city scapes.
