This week in Cedar class, the children will...

Investigate scaling shapes using ratio and proportion. 

Read Chapter 5 "Diagon Alley" from Harry Potter

Plan a short narrative based on "Diagon Alley" using direct speech and relative clauses. 

Finish their blog posts and explore each other's blogs, adding appropriate comments. 

Investigate what local industry existed historically -using pictures and maps- and consider what role the railway would have played.

Role play a freeze frame version of 'The Faith of the Centurion"- one of the 'miracles' attributed to Jesus. Then discuss how Christians respond to these miracle stories.
