This Tuesday we will be walking to Fittleworth church for a short Remembrance service at 11am with Father David.  

 

WEDNESDAY is Welly boot Wednesday and the children are to come to school dressed in their forest school clothes with waterproofs in a bag ready for the afternoon. 

 

THURSDAY - can children please come to school in their PE Kits. 

 

In Drawing Club this week, we will be watching an episode of Bananaman. We will be drawing the Bananman and  Dr. Gloom. We will write letters or CVC words or letters to make funny things happen to the characters.

This week in phonics our sounds are h, b, f, l.

We will be learning about rememberence day and making some poppies at school for our reflection area. 

 

  • Cbeebies Poppies We will be watching this Cbeebies animation called "Poppies" to help us remember in Beech class.

We will be learning about doctors and nurses and how they help us and what different jobs they do.

In maths this week we will begin learning about 2D shapes. We will be looking at triangles and circles. We will go on a shape hunt around school and be making triangles using sticks on the field. You could also look for these shapes around your house or when you are out and about with your child.
