Maths
Years 3s are continuing to learn about shape. We will be measuring and drawing horizontal and vertical, parallel and perpendicular lines accurately. Year 4s are starting a new unit all about statistics.
RE
We will be reading part of a Hindu text to find out why Hindus believe they need to collect good karma.
Computing
We had so much fun exploring animations last week. This week, we will be finding out how to use the 'onion skinning' technique when creating our own animations.
DT
This week, we are looking at strawberries. We will take some time to examine how strawberries are grown and discuss seasonality. Then we will be using the strawberries to create our own smoothies. The children will be given the opportunity to taste test the smoothies before writing an evaluation.
