Literacy
This week we will be looking at statements and questions in more depth. How do we know a sentence is a statement? We will be creating our own labelled diagrams to become part of a our reports using statements. What punctuation do we need to remember when writing questions? We will become underground detectives as we explore the layers of the earth and go on a journey, writing questions we would ask.

RE
We will be looking at how a person can be good news. When is it good news to hear about a person? A new baby perhaps? Or a new member of our class? What emotions do people feel? Excitement? We will then be looking at how people at the time reacted to the news of Jesus being born.
