There is so much going on this term...please pay attention to all the changes and my apologies if there's any last minute change of plans.

This week...

Our swimming days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please make sure your child has everything they need (swimming costume/trunks, swimming hat, flip-flops/shoes for the outside of the pool, towel and a warm jumper for afterwards if the weather is cool). Please make sure everything is names. Please check your child's feet for verrucas and treat if necessary.

 

Tuesday - AM - Yr 4 Forest School (dress in Forest School clothes and bring school uniform to change into)

                      PM - Yr 5 Forest School ( come to school in PE kits and bring Forest School clothes to change into)

 

Maths

Yr 4 - To finish off our Shape unit we will be learning about symmetry and symmetrical figures.

Yr 5 - Continuing with our Decimal unit, we will be looking at decimal sequences and multiplying and dividing numbers by 10, 100 and 100.

 

Literacy

We will begin  our story 'The fastest boy in the world.' We will be exploring the characters and revisiting to use of inverted commas to write some dialogue between different characters.

 

Science
Yr 5 - We will be learning about sieving and filtering.

 

RE

 

Art

We will have one more lesson to complete our sculptures.
