Maths

Yr 4 - We will be completing our unit on Money by solving some word problems involving money.

Yr 5 - We will be learning about 3D shapes and then start our new unit on Position and Direction. 

 

Literacy

To celebrate David Attenborough turning 100, we will spend the next few weeks learning about his life and his hard work on conservation. We will be working towards producing a biography all about him.  This week we will be starting some research on his early life and thinking about different tense that we can use in our writing. 

 

RE

Continuing with our unit on Islam, we will be questioning:

• What is there only 1 of?
• When was the Kaaba first built?
• What do Muslis need to remember all over the world?
• How did Prophet Muhammad help Muslims remember the oneness of Allah?

 

Computing

Yr 4 - Coding - I can create a programme that includes sections with an 'if' and/or 'if/else' statement

Yr 5 - Game Creator - I can recognise the key customisable features of a 2DIY3D game.
