Literacy

Chapter 3 this week and the excitement is really building. The children are going to be using their newspaper writing skills to write a report about the Iron Man's existence. 

Maths

We are completing our Money unit and beginning our Time unit this week. 

RE

We will be exploring different pathways to Moksha. 

Computing

Y3: The children have loved using the micro:bits for the first time and so this week, we will be exploring what else we can do with them, including turning them into dice to use as part of a game. 

Art

We will be using a range of media to continue to explore nests and other natural sculptures inspired by nature. 

History

Y3: We will be learning the Mayan number system. 

Y4: We will be asking, 'Why did the Romans build roads and towns?' 

Y5: We will be examining Benin artwork and seeing what else we can learn from it.
