FOREST SCHOOL THURSDAY

In drawing club this week we are reading 'The Naughty Bus' by Jan and Jerry Oke. We will draw our own bus and our bus's journey and give the bus a magic code to make it do magical things. Our vocabulary ('get up, stand up words') are zooming, accelerate, brake, skyscrapers. 

This week we will be drawing portraits of King Charles and setting up a gallery for our friends to look at our portraits. 

In phonics we will be revisiting the phase 3 sounds, /qu/ /oo/ /ar/ /or/ and /ur/.

In maths we are using numbers to 20 and beyond. We will be counting to 20 and beyond and looking at counting patterns.

We will also make a timeline for Queen Elizabeth II. We have been learning about her life and events that occurred during her reign.
