Special notice: On Thursday morning we will go up to build the bonfire. Please ensure that you children have wellies AND a coat in school so that they can participate in this.  

Homework: reading logs checked on Monday, spellings tested on Friday and new lists given. Please support your children in completing their homework and having the correct books in school. 

Maths – we will be finishing our unit of the four operations, ending with a end of unit check. Homework pages 23, 24 and 25. We have used BODMAS with the order of operations.  

English – this week the children will have the opportunity to free write.   

Science We will look at Carl Linnaeus and the legacy. 

Topic (History) - We will finish WWII this week, looking at both D Day and VE day.
