Maths: Year 3s will be finishing off the shape unit looking at polygons and 3D shapes. Year 4s will be moving onto the statistics unit. 

Literacy: We will be researching and planning our final piece of writing this week. We will be celebrating the life of Sir David Attenborough linked to Oceans Week. The children are incredibly excited to be learning about this and will probably be talking about it at home with you too!

Computing: The children have made a great start learning about animation. This week they will be enhancing their animations using more tools and skills from Purple Mash. 

DT: We will be food tasting and choosing ingredients this week. The children have a choice of breads for their sandwiches, as well as proteins, dairy and greens. 

Swimming: We still do not know when the pool will be ready to use so please continue to bring your swimming kits to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

INSET Day: We will not be in school on THURSDAY as this is our Inset day.
