Literacy- This week we will be using the text 'The Day the Crayons Quit'. We will be writing a persuasive letter as I've heard rumblings that the chairs aren't happy! We will be writing about our own favourite crayons and year 2 will be writing a conversation using inverted commas and the year 1s will drawing and describing a upside down drawing.

Phonics - Year 1 and 2 will both be consolidating phonics from the year.

Maths - Year 2 will be consolidating the arithmetic they have learnt over the year and using this within word problems.

Art - We will be drawing and painting a self portrait over the week.

PE- We will be doing a game of kick rounders and continuing our swimming lessons.

Computing - We will be discussing online safety ahead of the summer and year 2 will be creating more music and year 1 will be coding.
