This week we are learning all about the Queen and London. We will be writing facts about the Queen, building castles fit for a Queen, drawing and painting a portrait of the Queen and writing London and Fittleworth postcards.

 

In phonics this week, we are learning the ear, air, ure sounds. We will learn the tricky word 'they' and read words in sentences.

 

In maths this week, we are continuing to look at numbers beyond 10. We will be counting beyond 10, looking at teen numbers and playing maths games to help us recognise and understand these numbers. We will also be looking at shapes using geoboards to make different triangles.
