This week we are continuing to learn about London and The Queen. We will be writing a shopping list for the things we will need to make jewel biscuits. The ingredients we will be using are butter, caster sugar, plain flour and boiled sweets. Let us know if your child has any allergies. We will be reading the story 'The Queen's Knickers' and designing a royal pair of pants for the Queen. We will write a sentence to describe our pants.

 

In phonics this week, we will be learning to spell two syllable words, writing captions, writing words in sentences and recapping the tricky word My.

 

In maths this week, we are continuing to double numbers and learning to subtract numbers.
